Founded in 2004, RMT is a synergistic joint venture between Success By Choice, Inc. and Justice Productions, LLC. The principals of RMT are highly accomplished in their fields.  Marlon Smith, CEO of Success By Choice, has fourteen years experience in educational consulting.  Flemuel Brown III, producer/director of Justice Productions, has sixteen years in music, film and video production.

The stage play also features video appearances from several high-profile celebrities including Common, Anthony Hamilton, Ed Gordon, Doug E. Fresh, Musiq and Dr. Cornell West.


Mark Simmons (Fleetwood W.D. Brown) landed a role in MGM’s break-away hit “Barbershop 1” and “Barbershop 2”.  Mark landed his third role in a major studio motion picture in the 20th Century Fox film “Roll Bounce,” He has also been featured on P. Diddy’s “Bad Boys Of Comedy,” “The Chappelle Show” and BET “One Mic Stand.”
 

 

Marlon Smith (Executive Producer/Writer) is a man on a mission. Known as “The High-Tech Motivator,” Marlon has given keynote presentations in 45 states and 13 countries. In addition to being one of the contributing authors to the best-selling  “A Second Helping of Chicken Soup For the Soul,” Marlon has written numerous books on youth development and leadership. Because of Marlon’s “Success is Your Choice” radio program and his “Motivational Monday’s” television programs in South Africa, he was featured in the November 2004 edition of Essence Magazine.

Roderick Slocum (Kalil Kincaid) is a Philadelphia native, and recognizable face, having appeared in many stage and television productions, including HBO’s hit series “The Wire”, the CBS’s weekly series “Hack,” HBO’s Project Green Light, Eugene O’Neil’s “Desire Under the Elms” and “Back to the Old Landmark, Philadelphia.” He has also appeared in the Black Theater Festival’s “Don’t Bother Me I Can’t Cope” and “Wine in the Wilderness.”

Josef Mitchell (Leviticus Brown) is no stranger to the stage and has been a part of it since the young age of 15. He has performed in numerous productions and commercials including those of New Freedom Theatre. He has performed in "Lazarus Unstoned" and "Black Nativity" which were directed by Dr. Walter Dallas.
 Kamal Bostic Smith (Marcellus Price) has been acting professionally since the age of 11. He’s been fortunate enough to work with some of the greats in theater as well as film and television. Some of his onscreen credits include HBO’s “The Wire”, and the motion picture “Salon” starring  Vivica A. Fox

 

Anthony Heard (Amere Brown) is a new comer to the stage but don’t be fooled by this. Anthony is an explosion waiting to happen. Director Flemuel Brown said, “I had to have him for this part because he’s a star and doesn’t even know it.” Anthony Heard is an amazing talent. You will definitely be seeing more of him in the future.

 

Wadud Ahmad (The Voice Of Reason) is a Spoken Word Artist that has been published with the likes of Maya Angelou, Sonja Sanchez, Gwendolyn Brooks and many others. You’ve heard his voice on the new “Roots” Boiling Point Cd. You have heard his music on the Cosby Show and you can hear his voice on his new Cd entitled, “First Whisper.”

 

Flemuel “Fleetwood” Brown, III (Director/Writer/Producer) is a producer, songwriter and director. His uniqueness has people paying close attention to his vision. His vast knowledge of music production and music technology has allowed him to work with various recording artists such as C-Knowledge of Digable Planets, Roy Ayers, Omillo Sparks, Mystical and Gerald Levert, just to name a few. Mr. Brown is currently directing a new film/documentary “Young Lives” for the Urban League. Mr. Brown has his sights set on having a hand in every facet of the entertainment industry. His vast track record shows that. Now making his directorial debut with The Multi-media stage play “Real Men Talking,” he is indeed on his way to achieving his vision.
