What happens when you put 5 African American males together?

All different ages and life experiences A phone call that could lead to a multi-million dollar football contract Invite them over to celebrate and watch the game With a TV that is mysteriously taken over by the “Voice of Reason”

Almost anything can happen when Fleetwood Brown, (age 40), “X” music producer, “X” husband, father of 2, and now restaurant owner invites you to his spot. Being the host that he is, Fleetwood always has something magical to serve, whether it’s his “Holla If Ya Hear Me Jalapeño Rice, Chicken and Mushrooms” creation… or his “Thirteen-Cheese Mac Daddy Macaroni”…or his extensive music collection that spans over 8 decades.
Tonight’s a special night for Fleetwood and his guests. Fleetwood’s nephew Leviticus Brown, (age 21), college football superstar and the ultimate player-player, will get his multi-million dollar phone call to be drafted in the NFL.

Joining the set along with Fleetwood and Leviticus is Fleetwood’s friend, real estate mogul, and the ultimate black suburbanite, Marcellus Price, (age 32). He’s the quintessential Black Republican who looks down on brothers who haven’t yet pulled themselves up by the bootstraps like he did. In the words of Marcellus Price, “If you don’t make the right choices, shame on you! You get what you deserve!”
Also joining the set is Kalil Kincaid, (age 29). Born and raised in the “hood,” at 18, he got swallowed up by the streets and the judicial system. Miraculously, he managed to overcome his obstacles and become a loving father, husband and successful attorney
Finally, there is Fleetwood’s youngest nephew, Amir Brown, (age 16), the angry young hustler juggling with the rewards of the streets and the abandonment of his father. His big question is, “If this is all I got, why should I care if I live or die? Just give me
another day and let me get high!”
When the television mysteriously malfunctions and is taken over by the Voice of Reason, it forces Fleetwood and his guests to talk for 2 hours. Imagine that, five African American men talking about Accountability, Education, Relationships, Self Esteem, Incarceration, The Falsehood of the Streets, Insecurities, Fatherhood and History just to name a few.
Now that’s a recipe for a meal none of these guys were expecting.
